Join us in celebrating seeds as ancestral gifts of nutrition and relatedness. Learn about traditional seed saving, culinary arts, crafting possibilities, and our deep connection to seeds as relatives. All are welcome to attend!

2:00 - 2:30: Talk on Monacan seed saving 
2:30 - 4:00: Cooking demonstration with guest chefs and our Indigenous Friendship Garden family as well seed crafting activities 
4:00 - 5:00: Seed story sharing Circle

Location: This event will be held in-person at the Indigenous Community Garden on the Virginia Tech Campus. The garden is at the Turf Grass Research Center located at 615 Southgate Drive, Blacksburg, VA.
