Covid-19 was a wakeup call: a canary in a coal mine. It exposed the vulnerabilities of 21st Century food systems but did not create them. Increasingly, communities are recognizing they need to strengthen the resilience of the multi-faceted food systems upon which they rely. This webinar will highlight principles and practices that communities can use to guide planning and policy development, including successful approaches that advance diverse, sustainable, and resilient food systems at various scales.
