Virginia Beginning Farmer and Rancher Coalition
A coalition of over 25 organizations throughout the state that have joined forces to provide resources and support to new and beginning farmers and ranchers in Virginia through curriculum development, workshops and training, publications, networking, and farmer mentoring. 

Agrability Virginia
An organization that assists farmers identifying with illness, injury, or disability to continue working safely and productively in farming. 

Virginia Market Maker 
A program that connects markets and quality food sources from farm and fishery to fork; works with producers, buyers, and consumers to link them with places to buy/sell. Check out the recording of their most recent webinar titled “Market Ready: Farm to eCommerce” (link here). 

Virginia Fresh Produce Safety
A program that provides information and resources geared toward reducing fresh produce contamination risks from field to table.

Virginia Farm-to-Table
An initiative of Virginia Tech's Center for Food Systems and Community Transformations to improve connections from farm-to-table for fair and equitable for and farming for everyone.

VCE Virginia Family Nutrition Program
Offer resrouces and programs on basic nutrition, physical activity, safe food handling, and thrifty food shopping. Check out their Eat Smart, Move More prgram for handy tips and advice to help you make smart food and lifestyle choices. They also provide the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) for Virginia.
